Tired of feeling flabby, skinny, and simply out of shape? Following this 6 Week Workout Routine will shred of the flab and pack on serious muscle mass.
All exercises are to be performed in 3 sets going from 10 to 8 to 6 reps and increasing weight on each set. Take 45 seconds of rest between each set and 3 minutes of rest between each exercise. Consume water after every other exercise. If you have constant lethargy and have trouble motivating yourself to get to the gym I would suggest taking a pre-workout supplement. M5 Extreme, Jacked, and N.O. Extreme are all quite effective at giving you that extra push and rush of energy, but I would consult your doctor before taking any of the three.
